1. About these terms
These terms describe use of Almumayaz Accounting, including its factory edition, and this information website, provided by GK Digitals. By using the application you agree to these terms. If you act for a business, you must be authorized to accept them on its behalf. Your written purchase or support agreement sets any specifically agreed commercial terms. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
2. Demo and paid licenses
The standalone demo provides a seven-day evaluation starting from first use. It is intended for evaluation and does not include Google Drive account linking. A paid license permits use on the customer installation and devices approved by GK Digitals, within the limits stated in that license. The standard paid license allows five active accounts, including the administrator, and five concurrent sessions.
Permanent activation does not require an ongoing internet connection for ordinary local accounting. A working main computer and local network are needed for paid network use. A permanent license does not by itself promise free future upgrades, additional devices or unlimited support.
3. Authorized devices and maintenance
Contact GK Digitals to add or replace a paid device, move the main computer, create or reactivate additional paid accounts, or increase license limits. These operations require publisher authorization. Copying installation files does not transfer a license or provide approval for a new installation. Do not redistribute the application as your own, bypass licensing or access controls, or access another customer's data without authorization. These conditions do not restrict activities that applicable law expressly permits.
4. Your records and responsibilities
You retain your rights to the business records and documents you put into the application. You are responsible for having permission to process those records, using accurate information, reviewing reports before relying on them and meeting your business's accounting and record-retention obligations. The application supports record keeping; it does not provide professional accounting, tax or legal advice.
Protect your Windows accounts, app credentials, network and backup media, and keep supported operating-system security updates installed. Do not upload unlawful content or files you know contain malicious software. File scanning reduces risk but does not guarantee that every threat will be detected.
5. Backups and restoration
After the required setup, authorized users can create encrypted backups. Every backup restoration, including restoration on the original main computer, requires GK Digitals authorization. Restoring after losing the original computer also depends on usable backup files and the relevant recovery records or keys. Arrange setup and verify recovery with GK Digitals before relying on a backup.
You remain responsible for maintaining usable backups and protecting their storage. Unsaved changes, hardware damage, power loss and inaccessible or lost recovery material can prevent recovery. A successful upload alone is not a guarantee that every future recovery will succeed.
6. Optional Google Drive service
Google Drive backup is optional and available only in the paid edition. You choose the Google account, approve its limited file access, and are responsible for that account's access, storage quota and applicable Google terms. Google sign-in, internet access and Drive availability are needed for cloud operations. Google operates its own services and may change them.
Disconnecting Google Drive stops use of the stored account authorization but does not erase existing cloud backups. You can revoke app access in your Google Account and manage or delete your files in Google Drive. The Privacy Policy explains the data involved.
7. Updates, support and fees
Obtain installers and updates through GK Digitals. Updates and maintenance should follow the supported procedure, with an appropriate backup and compatibility check. Installation, support, recovery, migration, device additions and future versions may have separately agreed charges. Any price, refund terms, response time or maintenance commitment must be stated in your purchase or support agreement; this page does not introduce a recurring subscription.
8. Availability and changes
Software, devices and external services may experience faults or interruptions. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, detection of every error, or recovery from every failure. We may update these terms for future use and will publish the revision date. Material changes affecting existing customers will be communicated through the app or the contact details provided for support, as appropriate, without overriding agreed purchase terms or mandatory legal rights.

تنظم هذه الشروط استخدام المميز للمحاسبة، بما فيه نسخة المصنع، وهذا الموقع التعريفي، المقدمة من GK Digitals. باستخدام التطبيق توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا كنت تعمل نيابة عن منشأة، يجب أن تكون مخولاً بذلك. يحدد اتفاق الشراء أو الدعم المكتوب الشروط التجارية المتفق عليها تحديداً. لا تلغي هذه الشروط أي حقوق لا يسمح القانون المعمول به باستبعادها.
٢. النسخة التجريبية والترخيص الدائم
توفر النسخة التجريبية المستقلة فترة تقييم مدتها سبعة أيام تبدأ من أول استخدام، ولا تشمل ربط Google Drive. يسمح الترخيص المدفوع بالاستخدام على تثبيت العميل والأجهزة التي تعتمدها GK Digitals وضمن حدود الترخيص. يسمح الترخيص الأساسي بخمسة حسابات نشطة تشمل المدير وخمس جلسات متزامنة.
لا يتطلب الاستخدام المحاسبي المحلي المعتاد اتصالاً دائماً بالإنترنت بعد التفعيل الدائم. يتطلب العمل الشبكي توفر الجهاز الرئيسي والشبكة المحلية. لا يعني الترخيص الدائم تلقائياً الحصول على ترقيات مستقبلية أو أجهزة إضافية أو دعم غير محدود مجاناً.
٣. الأجهزة المعتمدة والصيانة
يجب التواصل مع GK Digitals لإضافة جهاز مدفوع أو استبداله، أو نقل الجهاز الرئيسي، أو إنشاء حسابات مدفوعة إضافية أو إعادة تفعيلها، أو زيادة حدود الترخيص. تتطلب هذه العمليات موافقة المطور. لا يمنح نسخ ملفات التثبيت ترخيصاً أو تصريحاً لتثبيت جديد. يمنع توزيع التطبيق على أنه من إنتاجك، أو تجاوز الترخيص وضوابط الوصول، أو الوصول إلى بيانات عميل آخر دون إذنه، مع مراعاة الأنشطة التي يسمح بها القانون صراحة.
٤. بياناتك ومسؤولياتك
تحتفظ بحقوقك في السجلات والمستندات التي تدخلها إلى التطبيق. تقع عليك مسؤولية امتلاك صلاحية معالجة تلك البيانات، ودقة الإدخال، ومراجعة التقارير قبل الاعتماد عليها، والالتزام بمتطلبات المحاسبة وحفظ السجلات الخاصة بمنشأتك. يساعد التطبيق على حفظ السجلات، ولا يقدم استشارة محاسبية أو ضريبية أو قانونية مهنية.
احمِ حسابات Windows وبيانات دخول التطبيق والشبكة ووسائط النسخ الاحتياطي، وثبّت تحديثات الأمان المدعومة. لا ترفع محتوى غير مشروع أو ملفات تعلم أنها ضارة. يقلل فحص الملفات المخاطر لكنه لا يضمن اكتشاف جميع التهديدات.
٥. النسخ الاحتياطي والاستعادة
بعد الإعداد المطلوب، يمكن للمستخدمين المخولين إنشاء نسخ احتياطية مشفرة. تتطلب كل استعادة موافقة GK Digitals، بما فيها الاستعادة على الجهاز الرئيسي الأصلي. تعتمد الاستعادة بعد فقدان الجهاز أيضاً على سلامة ملفات النسخ وتوفر سجلات أو مفاتيح الاسترداد اللازمة. اتفق مع المطور على الإعداد والتحقق من الاسترداد قبل الاعتماد على النسخ.
أنت مسؤول عن الاحتفاظ بنسخ صالحة وحماية أماكن حفظها. قد تتسبب التغييرات غير المحفوظة أو تلف الأجهزة أو انقطاع الكهرباء أو فقدان مواد الاسترداد في تعذر الاستعادة. لا يضمن نجاح الرفع وحده نجاح كل استعادة مستقبلية.
٦. خدمة Google Drive الاختيارية
تتوفر هذه الميزة في النسخة الدائمة فقط. تختار حساب Google وتوافق على صلاحية الملفات المحدودة، وتتحمل مسؤولية الوصول إلى الحساب ومساحته وشروط Google المطبقة. تتطلب العمليات السحابية توفر تسجيل الدخول والإنترنت وخدمة Drive، وهي خدمة تشغلها Google وقد تتغير.
يوقف إلغاء الربط استخدام تفويض الحساب المحفوظ، ولا يحذف النسخ السحابية السابقة. يمكنك إلغاء صلاحية التطبيق من حساب Google وإدارة ملفاتك أو حذفها من Drive. توضح سياسة الخصوصية البيانات المستخدمة.
٧. التحديثات والدعم والرسوم
احصل على المثبتات والتحديثات من GK Digitals، واتبع إجراءات التحديث والصيانة المدعومة مع نسخة احتياطية وفحص توافق مناسبين. قد تكون للتثبيت والدعم والاستعادة والنقل وإضافة الأجهزة والإصدارات المقبلة رسوم يتفق عليها بشكل منفصل. يحدد اتفاق الشراء أو الدعم أي أسعار أو شروط استرداد مبالغ أو مدد استجابة أو التزامات صيانة؛ لا تنشئ هذه الصفحة اشتراكاً متكرراً.
٨. التوفر وتعديل الشروط
قد تتعرض البرامج والأجهزة والخدمات الخارجية لأعطال أو انقطاعات. لا نضمن استمرار التشغيل دون انقطاع أو اكتشاف كل خطأ أو الاسترداد من كل عطل. قد نحدث هذه الشروط للاستخدام المستقبلي مع إظهار تاريخ التعديل، ونتواصل بشأن التغييرات المهمة التي تؤثر في العملاء الحاليين عبر التطبيق أو بيانات التواصل المقدمة للدعم بحسب الحاجة، دون إلغاء اتفاقات الشراء أو الحقوق القانونية الإلزامية.
