1. Who provides the application

GK Digitals develops and supplies Almumayaz Accounting (المميز للمحاسبة), including its factory edition. This policy explains how the application handles business information and Google user data, and how GK Digitals handles information received for licensing, support and recovery. 2. Business records and local storage

The application processes information entered by your business, including company details, customers and other parties, materials, invoices, sales and purchases, cashbox transactions, inventory and production records, user accounts and permissions, audit events, and documents added to the electronic archive.

The standalone demo stores its business data locally on its Windows computer. The paid edition stores its database and archive on the customer's main computer; approved client computers exchange data with it over the local network. Reports and exports are saved or printed to destinations selected by the user. The application does not routinely upload these business records to a GK Digitals server.

The application does not include advertising or analytics tracking. It keeps operational, security and audit records needed to run the application and investigate problems. Windows, file-scanning tools, printers, browsers and hosting providers operate separately under their own settings and policies.

3. Optional Google Drive access

Google Drive linking is optional and available only in the paid edition. The main computer connects to the Google account you authorize. Sign-in and consent take place on Google's page; the application does not receive your Google password.

We request only https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file. This permission concerns specific files created by or shared with the application, rather than unrestricted access to your Drive. The current integration creates a backup folder, uploads encrypted backup files and checks relevant file details. It does not request Gmail, contacts or calendar access or provide a browser for all your Drive files.

The integration accesses:

  • Your Google account email address and display name, to identify the connected account. The app stores the email address as its account label, or the display name if an email is unavailable.
  • Authorization tokens, to perform approved backup operations and maintain the connection without asking you to sign in for every upload.
  • Backup folder and file identifiers, filenames, sizes, checksums and app-specific metadata, to locate, upload and verify the application's backup files and avoid duplicate uploads.

4. What is uploaded and where it is stored

Financial records and archived file contents in application backups are encrypted before upload to the Google Drive account you selected. Backup names and technical metadata are not all encrypted: identifiers for the customer, source installation and backup, format or schema information, creation time, file size and checksums may be visible as file metadata or in the backup's public header.

Google processes the uploaded file and related account and service information under its own Privacy Policy. Cloud storage is in your selected Google account, not a GK Digitals backup account.

The refresh token, linked-account label and folder/file mappings are stored in protected Windows storage on the main computer. Access tokens are held in that computer's service memory. Google authorization tokens are not distributed to the application's ordinary client computers. Local backup files remain on the main computer or other destinations you choose.

5. Licensing, recovery and support information

When you ask GK Digitals to activate, maintain or recover the application, we receive the information needed for that service, such as your contact details, customer and installation identifiers, license requests and approval records. Customer-specific backup recovery material is held separately by GK Digitals as part of recovery setup.

That recovery material can decrypt a corresponding backup if the backup file is also available. It does not give us automatic access to your main computer or Google Drive account. Every backup restoration requires publisher authorization. If you provide a backup, document or diagnostic record for assistance, we use it for the support or recovery you request. Please avoid sending unrelated personal information.

6. Use, sharing and Google Limited Use

We use Google user data to provide the visible account-linking and backup features described here. We follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, when handling data received through Google APIs.

We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising, data brokerage, credit decisions or training general-purpose AI models. We do not permit staff to read that data except with your affirmative agreement for specific support or recovery work, when necessary for security, or when required by law. Any service provider involved in that work must be limited to its stated purpose and protect the information. We do not otherwise share Google user data except as necessary to provide features you authorize or to meet legal obligations.

Information you deliberately send to our support email is also processed by the email providers involved in delivering that message. This website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical connection and request information, including IP addresses, traffic routing data and system information, to deliver its services and protect its network, as described in its Privacy Policy. GK Digitals does not add advertising, analytics tags or data-collection forms to these pages.

7. Retention, disconnecting and deletion

Business data stays in the customer-controlled installation until removed through appropriate record-management or maintenance procedures. Updating or uninstalling the application does not automatically erase its data, licenses, archive or keys. Local backups remain until removed; optional configured local retention may prune eligible older copies. Local cleanup does not remove Google Drive files.

Disconnecting Google Drive deletes the stored OAuth credential record, including its account authorization, account label and folder/file mappings, and attempts to revoke the token with Google. Previously recorded Drive file identifiers may remain in local backup history. If the computer is offline, Google-side revocation may not complete. You can independently remove access through Google Account connections.

Disconnecting does not delete backups already uploaded to Google Drive. You can delete those files in Google Drive and manage its Trash according to Google's controls. The application does not automatically delete cloud backups. Copies saved elsewhere must be managed separately.

GK Digitals keeps licensing, support and recovery information for the purposes described above while needed for the customer relationship, requested service, security or applicable record-keeping requirements. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold. We will assess the request, verify your authority where needed and explain any information that must be retained. Deleting recovery material can make some backups unrecoverable. We cannot directly erase records stored only on your computers or in your Google account without your participation.

8. Protection and your choices

Protections include authenticated encryption for backups, protected Windows credential storage, restricted service access and encrypted network connections. No storage or security system can be guaranteed to prevent every loss or unauthorized access. Protect your Windows and Google accounts, use appropriate app permissions and keep working backups.

You can use ordinary licensed local accounting without linking Google Drive. You can stop cloud use, revoke consent, manage your files, or contact GK Digitals about your information. This business application is not directed at children.

9. Policy changes and contact

We will update the date on this page when the policy changes. Before using Google user data for a materially different purpose, we will explain the change and obtain any required new consent. تحفظ النسخة التجريبية بياناتها محلياً على جهاز Windows. تحفظ النسخة الدائمة قاعدة البيانات والأرشيف على الجهاز الرئيسي للعميل، وتتبادل الأجهزة المعتمدة البيانات معه عبر الشبكة المحلية. تحفظ التقارير والصادرات أو تطبع في الوجهات التي يختارها المستخدم. لا يرفع التطبيق هذه السجلات اعتيادياً إلى خادم تابع لـ GK Digitals.

لا يتضمن التطبيق إعلانات أو تتبعاً تحليلياً. يحتفظ بسجلات تشغيل وأمان وتدقيق لازمة للتشغيل وتشخيص المشكلات. تعمل خدمات Windows وفحص الملفات والطابعات والمتصفحات والاستضافة وفق إعداداتها وسياساتها الخاصة.

٣. ربط Google Drive الاختياري

يتوفر الربط في النسخة الدائمة فقط وبشكل اختياري. يتصل الجهاز الرئيسي بحساب Google الذي تسمح باستخدامه. يجري تسجيل الدخول والموافقة على صفحة Google، ولا يحصل التطبيق على كلمة مرور Google.

نطلب صلاحية https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file فقط، وهي تخص الملفات التي ينشئها التطبيق أو تشارك معه تحديداً، ولا تمنح وصولاً غير مقيد إلى Drive. ينشئ التكامل الحالي مجلد النسخ الاحتياطية ويرفع ملفات مشفرة ويفحص بيانات الملفات ذات الصلة. لا يطلب صلاحيات Gmail أو جهات الاتصال أو التقويم، ولا يوفر متصفحاً لجميع ملفات حسابك.

يصل التكامل إلى البيانات التالية:

  • عنوان بريد حساب Google والاسم الظاهر لتعريف الحساب المرتبط. يحفظ التطبيق البريد كتسمية للحساب، أو الاسم عند عدم توفر البريد.
  • رموز التفويض لتنفيذ النسخ المصرح به والحفاظ على الربط دون تسجيل الدخول عند كل رفع.
  • معرفات مجلد النسخ وملفاته وأسمائها وأحجامها وقيم التحقق من سلامتها وبياناتها الخاصة بالتطبيق، لتحديد النسخ ورفعها والتحقق منها وتجنب التكرار.

٤. البيانات المرفوعة وأماكن تخزينها

تشفّر السجلات المالية ومحتويات ملفات الأرشيف داخل النسخة الاحتياطية قبل رفعها إلى حساب Google Drive الذي تختاره. لا تكون أسماء النسخ وجميع بياناتها التقنية مشفرة؛ قد تظهر معرفات العميل والتثبيت الأصلي والنسخة ومعلومات الصيغة أو المخطط ووقت الإنشاء والحجم وقيم التحقق في بيانات الملف أو ترويسة النسخة العامة.

تعالج Google الملف المرفوع ومعلومات الحساب والخدمة وفق سياسة خصوصيتها. يكون التخزين في حسابك المختار، وليس في حساب نسخ احتياطي تابع للمطور.

يحفظ رمز تجديد التفويض وتسمية الحساب ومعرفات المجلد والملفات في تخزين Windows محمي على الجهاز الرئيسي. تبقى رموز الوصول في ذاكرة الخدمة على ذلك الجهاز، ولا توزع رموز Google على أجهزة المستخدمين الفرعية. تبقى النسخ المحلية على الجهاز الرئيسي أو الوجهات التي تختارها.

٥. معلومات الترخيص والاسترداد والدعم

عند طلب التفعيل أو الصيانة أو الاسترداد، تتلقى GK Digitals المعلومات اللازمة للخدمة، مثل بيانات التواصل ومعرفات العميل والتثبيت وطلبات الترخيص وسجلات الموافقة. يحتفظ المطور بمواد استرداد مفاتيح النسخ الخاصة بالعميل بشكل منفصل ضمن إعداد الاسترداد.

يمكن لهذه المواد فك تشفير النسخة المقابلة عند توفر ملف النسخة أيضاً. لا تمنحنا وصولاً تلقائياً إلى جهازك الرئيسي أو حساب Google Drive. تتطلب كل استعادة موافقة المطور. إذا قدمت نسخة أو مستنداً أو سجلاً تشخيصياً للمساعدة، نستخدمه للدعم أو الاسترداد الذي تطلبه. يرجى عدم إرسال معلومات شخصية غير لازمة.

٦. الاستخدام والمشاركة ومتطلبات Google

نستخدم بيانات Google لميزات ربط الحساب والنسخ الاحتياطي الظاهرة والموضحة هنا. نلتزم بـ سياسة بيانات المستخدم لخدمات Google API، بما فيها متطلبات الاستخدام المحدود، عند التعامل مع البيانات الواردة عبر هذه الواجهات.

لا نبيع بيانات Google ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات أو الوساطة بالبيانات أو القرارات الائتمانية أو تدريب نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي عامة. لا نسمح بقراءتها بشرياً إلا بموافقتك الصريحة لدعم أو استرداد محدد، أو لضرورة أمنية، أو امتثالاً للقانون. يجب على أي مقدم خدمة يشارك في هذا العمل حماية المعلومات وحصر استخدامها بالغرض المحدد. لا نشارك بيانات Google لغير ما يلزم لتقديم ميزات توافق عليها أو تنفيذ التزامات قانونية.

تخضع المعلومات التي ترسلها إلى بريد الدعم أيضاً لمعالجة مزودي البريد الذين ينقلون الرسالة. يستضاف هذا الموقع على Cloudflare Pages. تعالج Cloudflare معلومات تقنية عن الاتصالات والطلبات، بما فيها عناوين IP وبيانات توجيه حركة الشبكة ومعلومات النظام، لتقديم خدماتها وحماية شبكتها، وفق سياسة خصوصيتها. لا تضيف GK Digitals إعلانات أو وسوم تحليلات أو نماذج جمع بيانات إلى هذه الصفحات.

٧. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وإلغاء الربط والحذف

تبقى بيانات العمل في تثبيت العميل حتى إزالتها بإجراءات إدارة السجلات أو الصيانة المناسبة. لا يمسح التحديث أو إلغاء التثبيت البيانات أو الترخيص أو الأرشيف أو المفاتيح تلقائياً. تبقى النسخ المحلية حتى إزالتها، وقد ينظف إعداد الاحتفاظ المحلي الاختياري النسخ القديمة المؤهلة. لا يحذف التنظيف المحلي ملفات Google Drive.

عند إلغاء ربط Drive، يحذف التطبيق سجل تفويض OAuth المحفوظ، بما فيه تفويض الحساب وتسميته وروابط معرفات المجلد والملفات، ويحاول إلغاء الرمز لدى Google. قد تبقى معرفات ملفات Drive السابقة في سجل النسخ الاحتياطي المحلي. قد لا يكتمل الإلغاء لدى Google عند انقطاع الإنترنت. يمكنك إزالة الصلاحية بصورة مستقلة من اتصالات حساب Google.

لا يحذف إلغاء الربط النسخ التي رفعت سابقاً إلى Google Drive. يمكنك حذفها وإدارة المهملات من Drive وفق أدوات Google. لا يحذف التطبيق النسخ السحابية تلقائياً. تحتاج النسخ المحفوظة في أماكن أخرى إلى إدارة منفصلة.

تحتفظ GK Digitals بمعلومات الترخيص والدعم والاسترداد للأغراض المبينة ما دامت لازمة لعلاقة العميل أو الخدمة المطلوبة أو الأمان أو متطلبات حفظ السجلات المطبقة. يمكنك طلب الوصول إلى المعلومات التي نحتفظ بها أو تصحيحها أو حذفها. نراجع الطلب ونتحقق من صلاحيتك عند الحاجة ونوضح ما يلزم الاحتفاظ به. قد يجعل حذف مواد الاسترداد بعض النسخ غير قابلة للاستعادة. لا نستطيع محو السجلات الموجودة حصراً على أجهزتك أو حساب Google دون مشاركتك.

٨. الحماية والخيارات المتاحة

تشمل الحماية تشفير النسخ مع التحقق من سلامتها، وتخزين التفويض في Windows بصورة محمية، وتقييد الوصول إلى الخدمات، وتشفير الاتصالات. لا يمكن ضمان منع كل فقدان أو وصول غير مصرح به. احمِ حسابات Windows وGoogle وصلاحيات المستخدمين واحتفظ بنسخ صالحة.

يمكنك استخدام المحاسبة المحلية المرخصة دون ربط Drive، أو إيقاف استخدام السحابة وسحب الموافقة وإدارة ملفاتك والتواصل بشأن معلوماتك. هذا التطبيق مخصص للأعمال وليس موجهاً للأطفال.

٩. التغييرات والتواصل
