Almumayaz Accounting is a Windows desktop application developed by GK Digitals for accounting, inventory and factory operations. It brings sales, purchases, cashbox transactions, account statements, reports and electronic document archives into an Arabic interface.
The paid edition connects approved Windows PCs to a main computer on your business network. Everyday accounting can work without internet after permanent activation, while the main computer and local network remain available. Internet is needed for optional Google Drive backup features.

Record sales, purchases and cash movements. Follow party balances in dinars and dollars and prepare account statements.
Inventory & production
Organize materials, groups and types, track inventory operations and manage production records.
Reports & documents
Print reports, export supported reports to Excel or PDF, and keep supporting documents in the electronic archive.
Optional Google Drive backups
In the paid edition, the main computer can connect to a Google account you choose and upload encrypted application backups to that account's Google Drive. This is optional and is not included in the demo.
Google sign-in takes place on Google's own page. Almumayaz Accounting requests access only to specific Drive files created by or shared with the app, using the drive.file permission. It reads the account email or display name to identify the linked account, and file details needed to manage and verify backup uploads.
Your Google password is not entered into Almumayaz Accounting. You can disconnect the account or revoke access through your Google Account. Disconnecting does not delete backups already stored in Drive.
Backup setup and every backup restoration are handled with GK Digitals authorization. Moving to a replacement computer, adding a device, or adding or reactivating paid user accounts also requires publisher assistance.

Try the demo
A seven-day standalone demo lets you evaluate the application on a Windows computer. Demo records are stored locally. Google Drive linking is available only in the paid edition.
Use it across your business
The paid edition has separate main-computer and client installers. The standard license supports five active user accounts, including the administrator, and five concurrent sessions. Contact GK Digitals to discuss a higher limit.
